	Mail in repairs, and technical support for your electronic devices. Mail-in support operates by placing a trouble ticket, and sending your system to us. Customer is responsible for shipping, and shipping rates. Customer is also responsible for the purchase of additional components for the system being shipped (e.g: replacement laptop screens, motherboards, etc). All work is covered in the initial charge (including NYS sales tax.). Customer must also purchase a return label as well from USPS, FedEx, or UPS prior to sending your device. NOTICE: IT IS ADVISED YOU PURCHASE COVERAGE ON YOUR PACKAGE GOING BOTH WAYS FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A LOST OR STOLEN SYSTEM THAT YOUR CARRIER WILL NOT COVER Network Defense Solutions, Inc. WILL NOT be responsible for lost, or stolen packages AFTER devices have been shipped to or from your location. Network Defense Solutions, Inc. also requires notices for each shipment be packed within the packaging describing any problems. Upon arrival, Network Defense Solutions, Inc. will inspect and document any and all damages to the system via photograph and paper documentation -- performed on arrival, and prior to return.
