Managed Virtualization
Your systems will be analyzed for criticality, as well as the data that they contain. Once a criticality matrix is deployed we can identify which systems we need to virtualize. Network Defense Solutions can manage the virtual systems for you, both on-site or at our location. This enable you to focus on your business leaving us to maintain the backups, systems and virtual environments. If this approach is selected we will maintain everything from backups, virtualization, disk replacement/RMA and restoring systems and images. We will also monitor your backups* and virtualization periodically to check for and detect issues before they become impactful.

Hybrid Virtualization
This service enables you to have on-site as well as off-site remote virtualization capabilities. Should a system in your environment go down, or is attacked we can restore your systems from snapshots on-site and while images are pushed you can choose to utilize a remotely virtualized system (for the time being) or use the on-site virtualization while the image is being re-deployed. Ideally, off-site hybrid will provide you with faster transfer to systems without much bottleneck.

24/7 System Monitoring
24/7 x 365 Monitoring assures that your systems, hard drives and data are protected! Should a disk fail within minutes hard ware is replaced with no interruption to your business. If you choose to manage the virtual portions of your business on-premises a new disk will either be delivered via next-day mail or, delivered and replaced by a technician. While your new disk is being set up your old disk is sent zeroed or destroyed and a new hard drive will be waiting if the replacement fails. All this is done without any customer intervention. On top of hardware monitoring we also monitor system and software versions and set schedules for remote / onsite backups as well as upgrades so you can focus on your business.
