Currently we are offering remote assistance via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol, which is bundled within windows XP Professional, Vista and 7 Ultimate / Business). Citrix GoTo Assist is now being utilized as another form of remote connectivity for support options and connectivity as of late. We are also providing our ticketing system which will allow you the availability to file a support issue and have one of our trained staff assist you as soon as possible. *Please note that remote support tickets are processed in order of urgency!*
